Forgiveness

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses  Matthew 6:14-15

Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him?  Up to seven times?"  Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven"  Matthew 18:21-22

Take heed to yourselves.  If your brother sins against you, rebuke him: and if he repents, forgive him.  Luke 17:3

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.  Mark 11:25

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.  Matthew 5:44

Not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.  For "he who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit"  1 Peter 3:9-10

Let all bitterness, wrath anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.  And be kind one to another, tenderhearted, for giving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.  Ephesians 4:31-32

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.  Mark 11:25

In Jesus we have forgiveness

To the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.  In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.  Ephesians 1:6-7

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  2 Corinthians 5:17

As far as the east is from the west, so far has He remove our transgressions from us.  Psalm 103:12

My little children, these thing I write to you, so that you may not sin.  And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.  1 John 2:1

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you al trespasses.  Colossians 2:13
